Did you hear? I am designing the October bag for this fall’s Bag of the Month Club! Samantha from Sewing Patterns by Mrs. H and Janelle from Emmaline Bags invited me to be a guest designer this round, and I’m so excited to join them! My pattern will be exclusive to the club for a few months, so if you love my patterns, please keep reading about how to join. (I promise, it’s an amazing deal!)

The Bag of the Month Club is more than just a pattern bundle… there are challenges to complete the bags and there are a lot of fun prizes! A dedicated Facebook group for the club is super encouraging if you are new to bag making or just need some extra motivation or inspiration. As with most indie designers, you can always ask us questions, but Bag of the Month Club is unique because everyone is making the same bags at the same time. Someone else might have a question you haven’t thought of and the designers are extra-accessible during this time.

How it works: Each month you will receive a new, exclusive pattern progressing from beginner to more advanced. The Early Bird Pricing is only $15 for the entire three month subscription – so that’s all three patterns, one from each designer, for $15 total, making it just $5/pattern. This offer expires on August 31st, but with time zones I would NOT wait until the last minute! Sign up now before you forget. :)

The patterns won’t be revealed until each one is released on September 1st (by Janelle), October 1st (by me), and November 1st (by Samantha)… but that’s part of the fun! Yes, you can wait until you see one or more of the patterns and join then, but the price goes up to $18. (Still a bargain!!)

2. Join the Facebook Group (Of course this is not required, but it’s the most interactive part of the club.)

P.S. If you don’t want to participate in the group but just want to get the special pricing, that’s OK too. Once the club is over the patterns won’t be available until each designer releases them separately a bit later, so you might be sad if you like a design and have to wait. Plus, they won’t be available at this amazing price later on!
